We try to restock as often and quickly as we can but given the unprecedented high demands for certain colours, it is often very difficult to keep things in stock. If you are looking for a specific item, email us at info@kickskase.comand we'll let you know!

The dimensions of the duffle bags are TSA carry-on approved when packed correctly. We have never had or heard of any experiences of our bags being rejected for carry-on.

They fit up to size 14 shoes but depending on the type of shoe, the bag may not fit all 4 pairs of size 14 shoes due to the width of the style of some shoes.

Order

Please allow up to 2 hours for your confirmation email to be received in your registered email address inbox. We recommend checking your Junk/Spam mail folder as well. If you do not receive a confirmation email within this time frame, simply contactinfo@kickskase.com.

Generally we are unable to make manual changes, however if the order has not been shipped it may be possible. We process orders quickly, so changes cannot always be accommodated. Please immediately contact info@kickskase.com with your change request details included in the email. Please note our customer care team works on a different time zone to some of our international customers.

On the rare occasion that your order has arrived damaged or is faulty please contact us immediately at info@kickskase.com with attached photographs of the damage or fault. All damages/faults must be reported within 14 days of receiving your order. Kicks Kase will not replace or refund any orders that are reported after this time period.

Shipping & Returns

When shipping for contiguous US orders, your order will arrive within these delivery estimates based on your location and selected shipping speed:

Regular Shipping (4-14 business days): FREE

Expedited Shipping (2-6 business days): $10

For Hawaii and Alaska, the regular shipping fee is $40.

Note: 

Contiguous US orders do not include Hawaii and Alaska. We do not offer expedited shipping to Hawaii and Alaska.

In many areas Saturday and Sunday delivery may be available. If weekend delivery is available to your destination, it will be specified on the product page and/or during checkout.

Yes, at KXKS. we want you to love your product. Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be returned unused, unwashed and in its original condition. Customers are responsible for paying all shipping costs when returning.
